Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Coach.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide virtual 1:1 text-based coaching to support users with lifestyle and behavior changes related to menopause symptoms
Motivate and guide users through symptom-based plans on the company's app
Provide cover for the customer service team, communicating with patients and resolving queries

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a behavioral health coach
Comfortable using digital platforms
Compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental coaching approach
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team
Preferable: Academic qualification in health psychology or related field, and previous experience in women's health
