Key Responsibilities:

Practice evidence-based techniques to motivate, guide, and help members meet their goals
Partner with other clinical team members
Pilot experimental coaching protocols and techniques

Required Qualifications:

ICF Coaching Certification OR National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC)
Experience working with kids, teens, and adolescents
Pediatric experience preferred
Tech-savvy and comfortable with telehealth
Passionate about helping kids and teens achieve goals
