Job Summary

A company is looking for a Complaints Specialist to manage and resolve quality-of-care complaints and incidents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process, investigate, and resolve complaints, grievances, and incidents using clinical and regulatory expertise
  • Collect, analyze, and report data for complaints and incidents, supporting accreditation readiness and compliance
  • Lead and manage quality improvement projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to identify performance gaps
Required Qualifications
  • Unencumbered license to practice independently in a behavioral health related field or a BSN/RN
  • 3+ years of post-licensure behavioral health experience or healthcare experience with in-home primary care
  • 1+ year of experience in quality management principles, study design, data analysis, and report preparation
  • 1+ year of experience in medical record review with a cognitive understanding of evidence-based standards
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office and Visio
