Job Summary
To support a growing virtual mental health practice, the full-time Behavioral Health Credentialing Specialist will manage credentialing processes, track documentation, and ensure compliance with regulations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain credentialing and contracting boards
- Verify provider credentials, licenses, and certifications while managing onboarding paperwork
- Address issues related to contracts and follow up on applications to ensure timely approval
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience with credentialing and contracting for behavioral health
- Spanish speaking is a plus
- Ability to work independently
