Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of member benefits, policies, and procedures
  • Provide exemplary customer service by responding to member inquiries and facilitating access to services
  • Document inquiries and complaints, coordinating with care management staff as needed
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service and/or call center experience required
  • Behavioral health and/or call center experience is a plus
  • Proficient in typing and general knowledge of computers required
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate good organizational skills
