Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of member benefits, policies, and procedures
- Provide exemplary customer service by responding to member inquiries and facilitating access to services
- Document inquiries and complaints, coordinating with care management staff as needed
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service and/or call center experience required
- Behavioral health and/or call center experience is a plus
- Proficient in typing and general knowledge of computers required
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate good organizational skills
