Job Summary

Providing advocate care for members, the full-time Behavioral Health Customer Service Representative will assist with claims understanding, educate on resources, and guide members through their benefits while working remotely Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM EST.

Key responsibilities
  • Create emotional connections with members by understanding and engaging them to champion their health
  • Review member claim history to ensure accurate tracking of benefits and financial data maintenance
  • Explain members' rights and responsibilities in accordance with contracts
Required qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in a healthcare or call center environment
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • High School Diploma or GED
