Providing advocate care to assist members, the full-time Behavioral Health Customer Service Representative will work remotely, engaging with members to navigate their benefits and claims while building trusting relationships and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Create empathetic connections with members to champion their health needs
- Review member claim history to track benefit maximums and financial data
- Explain member rights and responsibilities in accordance with their contracts
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a healthcare or call center environment
- Experience using Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word
- High School Diploma or GED
