Behavioral Health Data Analytics Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Data Analytics Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide analytical leadership and performance measurement support for the program, ensuring contract compliance through data-informed reporting
• Monitor and report on required performance metrics, and develop and maintain dashboards for stakeholders
• Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate data capture, prepare performance reports, and respond to ad hoc government data requests

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in analytics, statistics, health informatics, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in military health program analytics or behavioral health data roles
• Experience supporting federal contracts or military health programs
• Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other analytics platforms
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing performance monitoring systems
