Behavioral Health Integration Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a BHI Support Specialist responsible for assisting with Behavioral Health Integration tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clinicians in gathering medical information for patients using electronic health record systems
• Report monthly medical concerns for patients, including falls, medication issues, and hospitalizations
• Complete assigned BHI tasks to ensure interventions are conducted for approximately 20 patients daily

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with healthcare technologies, including Electronic Health Record Systems and Microsoft Office
• High level of organizational skills and proven follow-up ability
• Ability to provide support and training to newer employees
• Understanding of behavioral health integration processes
