Job Summary
Focusing on developing savings analyses for Behavioral Health initiatives, the full-time salaried Behavioral Health Lead Analyst will coordinate with multiple teams to identify trends impacting medical costs and analyze potential savings initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and communicate provider, procedure, and population level trends affecting medical cost trends to leadership
- Analyze and size potential savings initiatives in collaboration with clinical, finance, and network leads
- Build savings models based on utilization and cost metrics to effectively communicate results to leadership
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in managed care functions, including provider and population analytics
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and web-based query tools for data analysis
- Experience building savings models and using pivot tables for data organization
- Ability to present findings to an executive audience with effective communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
