Job Summary

Behavioral Health Medical Director is a fully remote, temp-to-perm position responsible for providing clinical oversight, behavioral health consultation, and medical leadership within a managed care environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and behavioral health expertise across medical management operations
• Support utilization management, quality management, case management, and disease management functions
• Collaborate with senior medical leadership on behavioral health strategy and integrated care initiatives

Required Qualifications

• MD (Doctor of Medicine) required
• Board Certification in Psychiatry required
• Current unrestricted U.S. medical license
• Minimum 5 years of clinical practice experience
• Minimum 5 years of medical management experience within managed care
