Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Services Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage intake processes and serve as the first point of contact for Members accessing services
  • Complete intake documentation and coordinate transportation for Members' appointments
  • Address Member complaints and explain procedures for accessing behavioral health services
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) from an accredited college or university
  • 1-3 years of behavioral health experience preferred
  • Minimum of one year of experience in mental health and/or human services required
  • Proficiency in Windows-based PC applications
  • Previous customer service and data entry experience desired, preferably in a call center environment
