Behavioral Health Oncology Nurse

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Oncology Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing nursing support for members with behavioral health concerns
• Conduct clinical assessments and coordinate care while educating members and caregivers
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address social determinants of health and optimize member care

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and multi-state, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) compact license
• At least 5 years of nursing experience, including 2 years in complex behavioral health cases, preferably in oncology
• Certification as an Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) preferred within 2 years of hire
• Experience with technology such as video chatting, Google Suite, and electronic health records
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
