Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Payment Policy Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain corporate payment policies, ensuring alignment with the Plan's adjudication systems
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on Plan operations
• Collaborate with various departments to implement and manage payment policy changes effectively

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 6 or more years of experience in managed healthcare, claims processing, or payment policy
• Extensive knowledge of ICD-9 and CPT coding principles
• Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial coding rules
• AHIMA or other nationally recognized Coding Certification preferred
