Job Summary

Providing compassionate support to callers, the full-time Behavioral Health Phone Counselor will manage inbound inquiries, de-escalate situations, and ensure accurate data entry while working remotely during mid-shift hours.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound customer calls and address concerns in a timely manner
  • Accurately collect and enter required caller information while adhering to protocols
  • Build rapport with callers and de-escalate situations involving dissatisfied clients
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field (experience may be considered in lieu of education)
  • Two years of experience in case management, crisis intervention, or call centers preferred
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays with limited restrictions on availability
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple software systems while assisting clients
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on professionalism and customer service
