Behavioral Health Program Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the operational and clinical management of a behavioral health program, the full-time Manager - Behavioral Health Higher Education will provide supervision, program development, and delivery of services to mental health patients in various care settings while working in a hybrid environment with a majority of remote work and some required travel.

Key responsibilities

• Manage clinical and administrative supervision of department team members and ensure compliance with policies and standards of care
• Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care and education initiatives based on identified needs
• Participate in strategic planning and oversee the orientation and training of team members

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant human services field or Master's degree in Business Administration or Health Administration
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards of care in behavioral health
• Experience in program development and delivery for mental health services
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with community partners and internal departments
