Behavioral Health Program Manager

Job Summary

To oversee the operational and clinical management of a behavioral health program for mental health patients, the full-time Manager of Behavioral Health Higher Education will provide services across various care levels, including inpatient and outpatient settings, while working in a hybrid environment with some travel required.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the clinical and administrative supervision of department team members and ensure quality services are delivered
• Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care and education programs based on identified needs
• Participate in strategic planning and maintain effective relationships with community partners and internal departments

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant human services field or in Business/Health Administration
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
• Knowledge of department policies, regulatory requirements, and standards of care
• Experience in program development and delivery for mental health services
• Ability to manage performance evaluations and team member training effectively
