Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Leader, Behavioral Health (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and support multiple complex projects aligned with enterprise strategy
• Ensure compliance with regulations and improve the quality and accessibility of mental health services
• Manage project completion postmortem and implement strategic project management methodologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (psychology, social work, public health)
• Master's Degree or MBA preferred
• PMI Certification - Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
• 10 - 12+ years' professional experience in the Healthcare Payer business
• Minimum 10 years' experience managing large and complex Healthcare Payer projects
