Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Quality Auditor to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality audits of program performance measures and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Identify patterns, trends, and recommended remedies based on analyzed performance data
• Provide feedback and corrective actions on program deliverables and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with performance standards

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft based tools and electronic documentation systems
• Experience completing quality audits in the mental health field
• Strong customer service skills and knowledge of call center operations
• U.S. citizen with fluent English proficiency
