Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Recruiter (Behavioral Health).

Key Responsibilities

• Target and successfully recruit approximately 20 hires monthly
• Source, screen, and vet candidates for behavioral therapist positions
• Utilize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage the hiring process

Qualifications and Skills

• 3-4 years of high-volume recruiting experience
• Full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing and interviewing
• Experience in healthcare recruiting preferred but not required
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a competitive environment
• Proven experience using an ATS for candidate workflow management
