Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Workforce Planning & Recruitment Specialist to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze therapist supply and patient demand across geographic markets and conduct gap analyses
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for licensed therapists and develop targeted sourcing strategies
• Collaborate with operations and clinical leaders to prioritize markets for expansion and improve recruitment workflows

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in provider recruitment or healthcare staffing
• Knowledge of behavioral health provider roles
• Experience with multi-channel recruiting strategies
• Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and Excel
• Background in contracting or credentialing preferred
