Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Referral Navigator.

Key Responsibilities

• Review eligibility criteria and ensure completed insurance verification for patient referrals
• Schedule initial assessment appointments and connect patients to community partners when services are unavailable
• Provide ethical and culturally-competent customer service while answering incoming calls from patients seeking services

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Health, Social Work, Special Education, Counseling, Rehabilitation, Nursing, or a closely related field, or a MHRT/C with three years of mental health services experience
• One year of experience in areas of specialization is required
• Prior experience with referral management is preferred
• Excellent computer skills are preferred
