Behavioral Health RN

Job Summary

Seeking a part-time Behavioral Health RN, this role will provide clinical support and coordination for clients, ensuring safe and effective care while working remotely for approximately 16 hours per week on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to clinical questions and provide same-day nursing assessments as needed
• Collaborate with nurse practitioners to support seamless coordination of care and manage high-risk clients
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives and document critical incidents following established protocols

Required qualifications

• Active, unrestricted compact RN license with the ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience, including 2 years in psychiatric or behavioral health settings
• Demonstrated skills in triage, crisis response, and complex clinical decision-making
• Experience with care coordination and interdisciplinary team collaboration
