Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Senior Manager to lead complex projects across the continuum of behavioral health care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple behavioral health research, training, and technical assistance projects, ensuring quality and timely deliverables
• Supervise and mentor project managers and staff, fostering a collaborative team environment
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing expectations and building trust-based relationships

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Public Health, Behavioral Health, Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Public Policy, Business, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in behavioral health systems, healthcare consulting, or nonprofit work
• Proven experience managing large, complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Strong supervisory experience with multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of Medicaid and public behavioral health systems
