Job Summary
To support a growing care management team, the full-time Behavioral Health Specialist will provide clinical care management services, including case management and care coordination, while working remotely within Oregon, Washington, Idaho, or Utah.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and assess in-depth information about member situations to develop tailored care plans and objectives
- Execute case management activities, integrating and modifying resources to achieve established goals
- Apply clinical expertise to ensure compliance with medical policies and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans
Required qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Behavioral Health, or a related field
- Three years of experience in case management, utilization management, or behavioral health case management
- Current licensure or certification in a health or human services discipline allowing independent assessments
- Experience with health care documentation systems and knowledge of health insurance industry trends
- Familiarity with AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity in professional settings is highly desired
