Behavioral Health Specialist (LPN/RN)

Job Summary

To support a growing remote team, the Behavioral Health Clinical Specialist (LPN or RN) will manage patient care coordination, assist with behavioral health inquiries, and facilitate communication between patients and providers while working flexible hours Monday-Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with patient inquiries, medication concerns, and case management while communicating with providers and pharmacies
• Coordinate scheduling of appointments, verify insurance eligibility, and maintain accurate patient records in the EHR system
• Support crisis management efforts and ensure follow-up care for patients post-hospitalization

Required qualifications

• Degree as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)
• At least 1 year of healthcare experience as an LPN or RN
• Experience in a behavioral health setting is preferred
• Familiarity with electronic appointment scheduling systems
• High School Diploma or its equivalent
