Job Summary
Providing empathetic support to members, the full-time Wellbeing Specialist in Behavioral Health will engage in triage, benefit education, and case management through telephonic, chat, and digital interactions while working remotely across the U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver member-centered support via phone, chat, and digital messaging, addressing both spoken and unspoken needs
- Conduct initial triage and needs assessments while guiding members through behavioral health resources and services
- Participate in case management activities, including assessments, care planning, and follow-up interventions
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of customer service, call center, or member-facing experience
- Experience working with diverse populations across various age groups and backgrounds
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining productivity and professionalism
- Flexibility to work full-time with an 8.5-hour shift schedule between 6:45 AM - 10:15 PM CST, Monday-Friday
