Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral & Qualitative Insights Research Specialist 2.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute qualitative and mixed-methods research to address behavioral and clinical questions
• Facilitate qualitative activities such as focus groups and interviews to gather meaningful data
• Translate qualitative findings into actionable insights for product and clinical strategies

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral science, psychology, public health, sociology, or related field
• Experience applying health behavior change models in health contexts
• Hands-on experience leading qualitative research from design to analysis
• Ability to synthesize qualitative findings into strategic insights
• Proficiency with tools like NVivo, ATLAS.ti, and statistical software
