Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral & Qualitative Insights Research Specialist 2.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute qualitative and mixed-methods research addressing behavioral, clinical, and product-related questions
• Facilitate qualitative research activities, including moderating focus groups and conducting interviews
• Translate qualitative findings into actionable insights for product development and patient engagement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral science, psychology, public health, sociology, or a related field
• Experience applying health behavior change models in health, clinical, or digital-health contexts
• Hands-on experience leading qualitative research programs from design to analysis
• Ability to synthesize qualitative findings into strategic insights
• Proficiency with relevant research tools (e.g., NVivo, ATLAS.ti, Qualtrics)
