Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral & Qualitative Insights Research Specialist 2.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of qualitative and mixed-methods research
• Facilitate qualitative research activities, including focus groups and interviews
• Translate qualitative findings into actionable insights for product development and strategy

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral science, psychology, public health, sociology, or a related field
• Experience applying health behavior change models in real-world contexts
• Hands-on experience leading qualitative research programs from design to analysis
• Ability to synthesize complex qualitative findings into strategic insights
• Proficiency with tools such as NVivo, ATLAS.ti, and statistical software
