Job Summary

A company is looking for a Science Council Advisor specializing in Behavioral Psychology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level scientific guidance on habit formation and behavior change models
• Review and validate engagement mechanics and gamification strategies for effectiveness
• Participate in monthly Science Council meetings and contribute to quarterly insights and recommendations

Required Qualifications:

• Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree in Clinical Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, Social Psychology, or related field
• Substantial peer-reviewed publication record in top-tier scientific journals
• Demonstrated expertise in habit formation and consumer engagement strategies
• Strong understanding of ethical considerations in behavioral nudges and intervention design
• Ability to commit approximately 5 hours per week and participate in monthly meetings
