Behavioral Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Scientist for its Behavioral Insights Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead research projects, including data collection and analysis
• Contribute to grant applications and scientific publications, including first-author opportunities
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate and execute projects effectively

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. in psychology, economics, decision sciences, marketing, management, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience managing behavioral or other research projects
• Experience using statistical software, preferably R
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Track record of publishing original empirical research and applying for research funding
