Job Summary
Supporting the Nudge Unit and Behavioral Insights team, the full-time Behavioral Scientist will design and implement behavioral science projects, draft reports, and coordinate project activities, with opportunities for remote work available to candidates based in Massachusetts and across the US.
Key responsibilities
- Support the design and implementation of behavioral science projects alongside the Director and team members
- Draft reports and deliverables that effectively communicate behavioral insights to various stakeholders
- Conduct literature reviews and assist in research and evaluation activities, including data collection and analysis
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Economics, Public Policy, Sociology, or a related field
- At least four years of relevant professional experience in behavioral science, applied research, or program evaluation
- Demonstrated knowledge of behavioral science principles and their practical application
- Experience with research methods and evaluation approaches, both qualitative and quantitative
- Familiarity with behavioral intervention design, implementation, and evaluation
