Behavioral Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Specialist - Intermittent to implement emotional health training programs for service members with mild traumatic brain injury.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver interventions according to study methodology and reliability standards
• Develop and maintain therapeutic rapport with study participants
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and participate in monthly study team meetings

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associate Degree
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience required
• Military background or experience working with the military
• Experience in traumatic brain injury/rehab/behavioral health setting
• U.S. citizenship required, must be able to obtain and maintain a T3/Secret clearance
