Behavioral Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing research initiative, the part-time Behavioral Specialist will remotely deliver interventions as per study methodology, develop therapeutic rapport with participants, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, all while managing up to 19 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and deliver interventions in accordance with study protocols and reliability standards
• Develop and maintain therapeutic rapport with study participants
• Collaborate with team members and lead monthly study team meetings

Required qualifications

• Associate Degree
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in traumatic brain injury or behavioral health settings
• Military background or experience working with military personnel
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
