Job Summary
Supporting the Head of Global Ops, Regions & QM, the full-time Belgium Licensed Pharmacovigilance Manager will oversee regional pharmacovigilance activities, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance safety data oversight and processes.
Key responsibilities
- Support the oversight and harmonization of regional pharmacovigilance activities and processes
- Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of pharmacovigilance systems in alignment with global standards
- Promote awareness of pharmacovigilance obligations and ensure compliance with local, regional, and global requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in pharmacy, nursing, healthcare, life sciences, or a relevant scientific field
- Approximately 5 to 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with a focus on pharmacovigilance or drug safety
- Working knowledge of pharmacovigilance regulatory requirements and GVP guidance documents
- Experience with individual case safety report processes and management into a Global Safety Database
- Experience in managing pharmacovigilance outsourcing vendors and ensuring operational performance
