Job Summary

Belgium Payroll Specialist is a full-time remote position responsible for processing and correcting payroll transactions, managing pre-payroll activities, and addressing payroll-related queries for assigned countries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and Payroll Vendor to process payroll and resolve errors
  • Review and validate payroll files and lead pre-payroll activities
  • Manage Year-End Payroll processing activities and respond to internal stakeholder inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in Finance/Accounting
  • 4-5 years of payroll operational experience in Belgian payroll
  • Working knowledge of Belgian payroll regulations and Workday
  • Strong analytical and process diagnostic skills
  • Fluency in English and French
