Job Summary

To support payroll operations, the full-time remote Belgium Payroll Specialist will manage payroll processing, resolve transaction errors, and lead pre-payroll activities while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Key responsibilities
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and Payroll Vendor to process payroll and resolve errors
  • Review and validate payroll files and reports, approving them for processing
  • Manage Year-End Payroll processing activities and respond to internal stakeholder inquiries
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Minimum 5 years of payroll operational experience in Belgian payroll
  • Working knowledge of Belgian payroll regulations and Workday integration
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in spreadsheets and databases
  • Fluency in English and French
