Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bench Sales Manager to manage the bench sales team and drive successful placements of H1B consultants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the bench sales team, ensuring productivity and target achievement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 vendors and direct clients
  • Coordinate and track interviews, ensuring smooth communication between consultants and vendors/clients
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in US Bench Sales, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong experience working with Tier 1 vendors and implementation partners
  • Proven track record of successful consultant placements
  • Deep understanding of US visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, Other EAD)
  • Hands-on experience with ATS tools (JobDiva preferred)
