Bench Sales Recruiter

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bench Sales Recruiter to join their remote team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with prime vendors and Tier 1 partners
• Market H1B transfer candidates to vendors effectively and manage communication
• Negotiate rates and contracts with corporate accounts and manage the complete recruiting cycle

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in recruiting and securing projects for H1B consultants
• Familiarity with web portals such as Dice, TechFetch, Monster, and LinkedIn
• Understanding of W2, Corp-to-Corp (C2C), 1099, and US tax terms
• Ability to analyze job requirements and assess candidates' skillsets
• Proficiency in using Boolean search strings for candidate identification
