Key Responsibilities

• Independently perform physicochemical, thermal, and colloidal stability assessments of biotherapeutic candidates using established assays
• Critically analyze and interpret experimental data to support the selection of lead biotherapeutic molecules
• Contribute to improvement activities aimed at increasing efficiency and throughput within the group

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS with 5+ years or MS with 3+ years of relevant experience in biochemistry, biophysics, or a related discipline
• Good understanding of protein biochemistry and stability
• Familiarity with various protein characterization methods and analytical biochemistry techniques such as aSEC, DSC, CGE, cIEF, and DLS
• Experience analyzing complex assay data to inform lead molecule selection
• Familiarity with lab automation and high-throughput workflows is a plus
