Job Summary
Supporting various client needs, the full-time Benchling Solutions Consultant will manage project scoping, system assessments, and provide ongoing maintenance and training for Benchling environments, with opportunities for remote or hybrid work arrangements.
Key responsibilities
- Provide project scoping, requirements gathering, and documentation for Benchling implementations
- Maintain and support client Benchling Test and Production Environments, including configuration updates and data migrations
- Develop and update notebook templates, workflows, and Insights dashboards to enhance system capabilities
Required qualifications
- Experience with Benchling platform implementation and management
- Strong understanding of data model configuration and system assessments
- Familiarity with Benchling APIs for integrations is a plus
- Ability to create training materials and conduct user training sessions
- Experience in spreadsheet-based data migrations and imports
