Benchmarking Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benchmarking Specialist to support and guide the effective use of benchmarking tools and analytics within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead training initiatives on benchmarking tools for department managers and leadership
• Develop customized reports and ensure the standardization of benchmarking data across the organization
• Serve as a subject matter expert and liaison with other members to foster collaboration and share best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in benchmarking, analytics, or related fields
• Experience with benchmarking platforms such as Vizient or similar tools
• 3 years of experience in mentoring or managing staff
• Preferred experience in a healthcare system or consulting firm
