Job Summary
Providing compassionate support to individuals during sensitive life transitions, the full-time Beneficiary Support Associate will manage inbound calls, offer guidance on available options, and perform back-office administrative tasks in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a consistent volume of inbound calls, providing resolutions and important information to beneficiaries
- Assist beneficiaries in navigating their options with empathy and clarity
- Perform back-office duties such as processing claims and filing paperwork as needed
Required qualifications
- Previous customer service and/or call center experience
- Experience supporting employee benefits or working in a benefits call center
- Empathy and emotional intelligence when engaging with others
- Proficiency in keyboarding and Microsoft Office
- A high school diploma or GED
