Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefit Advocate to manage and coordinate service requests from employees regarding their healthcare and wellness benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage high volume service requests via phone, email, portal, and chat
  • Educate and assist employees in understanding and maximizing their healthcare benefits
  • Provide direction in resolving various benefit-related issues
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum one year of insurance and/or benefits customer service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry
  • Must be able to work a flexible 37.5 hour work week in a 24/7/365 call center environment
  • Ability to sit and use the phone for long periods of time
