Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefit Advocate to manage and coordinate service requests from employees regarding their healthcare and wellness benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high volume service requests via phone, email, portal, and chat
- Educate and assist employees in understanding and maximizing their healthcare benefits
- Provide direction in resolving various benefit-related issues
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum one year of insurance and/or benefits customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry
- Must be able to work a flexible 37.5 hour work week in a 24/7/365 call center environment
- Ability to sit and use the phone for long periods of time
