Job Summary

Managing a high volume of service requests, the full-time remote Benefit Advocate will educate and assist employees in navigating their healthcare and wellness benefits while addressing various benefit-related issues.

Key responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and respond to service requests via phone, email, portal, and chat from employees and their families
  • Educate callers on their benefit plan offerings and assist with maximizing their healthcare and wellness benefits
  • Provide direction and support in resolving a variety of benefit issues faced by employees
Required qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum one year of insurance and/or benefits customer service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, data entry, and electronic mail applications
  • Ability to work a flexible 37.5-hour work week in a 24/7/365 call center environment
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to adapt communication style to diverse backgrounds
