Benefit Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefit Analyst to manage pharmacy benefit implementations and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze benefit requests and ensure appropriate implementation in the RxCLAIM adjudication system
• Implement and maintain benefit requirements according to client specifications and turnaround times
• Perform validation of system configurations and respond to claims processing inquiries

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of healthcare experience
• 1+ years of experience with the RxCLAIM adjudication system
• Advanced proficiency in claims processing and issue resolution
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
