Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefit Analyst to support pharmacy benefit implementations and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze benefit requests and ensure appropriate implementation within the RxCLAIM adjudication system
• Perform validation of system benefit configuration and claim testing to ensure accurate adjudication
• Research and respond to claims processing inquiries from cross-functional departments within required turnaround time

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of healthcare experience
• 1+ years of experience with RxCLAIM adjudication system
• Advanced proficiency in claims processing and issue resolution
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
