Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefit Claim Technician.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make informed decisions throughout the claims process based on thorough evaluation and gathering relevant information
  • Create well-documented files that demonstrate decision making using claim facts, policy provisions, customer expectations, and special agreements
  • Build professional relationships and communicate effectively with claimants, brokers, vendors, employers, and internal partners
Required Qualifications:
  • Proficient with computer programs, Microsoft applications, and navigating multiple systems concurrently
  • Proficient typing and data entry skills with high attention to detail
  • Adaptability and the ability to learn quickly
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico
  • Professional experience in the insurance industry (group or individual)
