Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accident, Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity Benefit Claim Technician.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and adjudicate claims by analyzing relevant information and making documented decisions
  • Maintain professional communication and build relationships with claimants, employers, and internal teams
  • Ensure accurate financial determinations and provide timely updates to claimants while adhering to regulations
Required Qualifications
  • Experience with insurance claims, particularly in Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity products
  • Ability to analyze complex insurance and medical data and apply regulatory knowledge to claims decisions
  • Proficient in calculating benefits using policy provisions and supporting documentation
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
  • Able to work remotely with access to high-speed internet and located in the United States or Puerto Rico
